The Negotiating Committee works to get fair contracts for ramp, operations, provisioning, and freight agents at Southwest Airlines. Our job is to speak up for our members when it’s time to update the contract. We fight for better pay, benefits, working conditions, and job security. We believe in honesty, teamwork, and keeping our members informed. Our goal is to make sure the contract shows how important and valuable our work is to the company.
